MTM Power Transformers

All MTM Power transformers are fully encapsulated or vacuum impregnated. They offer good moisture protection and low noise. Any desired mounting is possible using standard brackets.

MTM Power Chokes

MTM Power chokes are usually operated in series between main circuits and consumer. They are available as one or three phase types and offer the following important protection features:

Damping of harmonics, resulting from inductive resistor dependent from frequencies
Limiting of inrush current for the consumer and as a consequence lower stress for the components, e.g. with rectifier connection
Meets the short circuit voltage of 4 % to the main circuit often demanded by power plants.

MTM Power Transformer Power Supplies

The one phase rectified transformers and three phase power supplies supply a non-regulated DC voltage of 24 V and are developed to run electric and electronic DC units in control and regulation equipments. The isolation voltage between input and output is 4000 V. The units are built for standard voltages of 230 V / 400 V with rectified transformers and 3 x 400 V with three phase power supplies at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The units can be operated with the nominal current up to an ambient temperature of +40 °C.
